Affiliates
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To enroll, prospective Affiliates must submit an application and be approved by Ezora Health in its sole discretion. We may request additional information about your content, audience, brand alignment, and marketing channels.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if older);
- Promote Affiliate Links only through approved “Authorized Channels,” which include: personal website or blog, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Email newsletters (opt-in only)
- Maintain sufficient, high-quality, relevant content, as determined solely by Ezora.
2. Prohibited Sites & Content
The following are not eligible for the Ezora Health Affiliate Program:
- Coupon or deal-aggregator websites
- Search ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Pages designed to divert coupon-related search traffic
- Cash-back or voucher sites
- Price comparison sites
- iFrame-based websites or embedding techniques
- Pop-up or pop-under sites
- Dropshipping or similar fulfillment models
- Sites promoting counterfeit or unlicensed intellectual property
3. Application Requirements
All Affiliates must apply through the Ezora Health Affiliate Dashboard (operated by Affilitrak). You must maintain accurate, up-to-date profile, tax, and payment information.
Ezora reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any application
- Remove Affiliates at any time
- Cancel unpaid commissions if prohibited activity is detected
- Limit participation to certain countries
If you are removed from the program for violating policy, all pending commissions will be forfeited.
4. Commissions, Qualifying Sales & Payments
Affiliates earn commissions on “qualifying sales,” defined as purchases made on https://ezorahealth.com
that originate from a valid Affiliate Link on an Authorized Channel.
Commission rates vary and can be viewed in your Affiliate Dashboard. Ezora may adjust rates at any time.
Commission Rules:
- Commissions apply only to completed sales (credit/debit card purchases).
- No commissions are paid on canceled, refunded, or chargeback-related orders.
- Only official Ezora Health Affiliate Links may be used.
- Commissions are calculated on product subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes).
- Ezora may withhold commissions for fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
- Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
- Ezora may modify or deactivate Affiliate Links or discount codes at any time.
5. Program Restrictions
Social Media & Sharing
Affiliates must follow each platform’s rules regarding affiliate links and disclosures. Only Ezora-approved creative assets may be used.
Intellectual Property
You may not infringe on the rights of third parties. If we receive an intellectual property complaint relating to your content, Ezora may suspend or remove you from the program.
Coupon Codes
You may only promote officially issued Ezora Health affiliate codes.
Paid Search Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
Bid on keywords containing “Ezora,” “Ezora Health,” or misspellings thereof
- Use Ezora trademarks in paid search ad text
- Use ezorahealth.com or variations as display URLs
- Use automatic redirects to drive traffic
- Use Ezora trademarks in hidden text, metadata, or domain names
- Suggest affiliation or partnership beyond the Affiliate Program
- Engineer SEO or traffic-diversion tactics to compete with ezorahealth.com
6. Responsibility for Your Channels
You are solely responsible for all content on your sites and channels.
You agree to:
- Keep all product information current
- Ensure all content is lawful and non-infringing
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws
- Display clear website Terms of Use and a Privacy Policy where required
- Indemnify Ezora Health from claims relating to your content or activities
- Ezora may suspend your account or commissions if you violate these obligations.
7. Compliance & Disclosures
7.1 Compliance With Laws
Affiliates must follow all applicable advertising, privacy, data handling, and marketing laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM
- CASL
- GDPR / UK PECR (if applicable)
- Local anti-spam and marketing regulations
- Emails may not imply they are sent by Ezora Health.
7.2 Consumer Disclosures
Affiliates must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines, including:
Clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate relationship
Examples: “ad,” “#ezorahealthpartner,” “I earn a commission from this link”
Honest, accurate opinions only
No exaggerated or misleading claims
No claims about product benefits without personal experience or proper substantiation
8. Dispute Resolution & General Terms
8.1 Right to Audit; Suspension & Termination
Ezora may audit your activities at any time. If we suspect fraud or policy violations, Ezora may:
- Issue warnings
- Investigate activity
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Withhold or cancel unpaid commissions
8.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ezora Health and its affiliates from any claims relating to:
- Your negligence or misconduct
- Your legal violations
- Your breach of this policy
- Content or activities on your channels
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Ezora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Ezora’s total liability is limited to commissions paid in the prior 6 months
- Claims must be brought within 120 days of the underlying event
8.4 No Warranties
Ezora makes no warranties regarding:
- The Affiliate Program
- Its availability or reliability
- Potential earnings
-Products or services offered through the program
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
All disputes must be brought in courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, and you consent to this jurisdiction.
